The only problem with the entire electronics supply chain being in China is it makes products vulnerable state-sponsored hardware hacking.  Bloomberg has the scoop on how the Chinese were able to spy on U.S. corporations via this method.  Amazon and Apple denied this story vehemently.  It will be interesting to see if the “truth” comes out one day.
